This former Pizza Delight location was redesigned from the ground up for Jessy's Pizza. YX Engineering led the complete engineering scope, including an entirely new floor plan with barrier-free design, new electrical design, mechanical design for the kitchen hood exhaust and fire protection, new plumbing design, and grease trap sizing and design. The design passed government review on the first submission, and the building permit was issued in just two weeks. We stayed in close communication with the contractor throughout construction to ensure quality, and the final inspection passed on the first attempt.
